By building positive, trusting relationships with every child, we recognise that all children are unique, with their own strengths, challenges and aspirations. By taking the time to truly understand each child, we can provide the personalised support they need and deserve. 

At Unity Academy, we place great importance on relational practice and trauma-informed approaches. Through consistent routines, nurturing support and predictable environments, we help children feel secure and ready to succeed. Our small, supportive setting and high adult-to-child ratios enable us to respond to individual needs and provide the guidance children need to reset, reconnect and re-engage with their learning.

We are proud to offer specialist provision for children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our aim is to provide a supportive bridge that empowers children to overcome barriers, celebrate their successes and move forward with confidence and purpose. 

As part of our commitment to the wider community, Unity Academy offers a dedicated outreach service to local primary schools. This provision delivers targeted SEND and SEMH support for both schools and individual pupils, with the aim of strengthening inclusive practice and enabling children to remain successfully in their mainstream settings.
