We want every child to feel comfortable, confident, and part of the Unity Academy community.

Pupils joining our school roll will receive a Unity Academy sweatshirt or cardigan and a polo shirt with the Unity logo.

Pupils attending a short-term placement are encouraged to wear their home school's uniform where possible. If this is not available, we will happily provide suitable uniform to ensure they feel included and ready for their learning journey.

Everyday Uniform

• Black shoes (trainers are not part of the standard uniform)
• Grey or black trousers, skirt, shorts (during warmer months), or a pinafore dress
• School shirt or polo shirt
• School or navy sweatshirt or jumper.

To support a safe and practical learning environment, we encourage pupils to wear only essential jewellery in school. A wristwatch and one pair of stud earrings are welcome.

PE Kit

Pupils should bring a PE kit to school, which can be left on site for up to half a term:

• White T-shirt
• Black shorts or joggers
• Trainers

Forest School

Our Forest School sessions are full of exciting outdoor learning opportunities, so pupils should bring:

• Old clothes or clothing suitable for messy activities
• Long-sleeved tops
• Wellington boots
• During colder weather: a coat, hat, scarf, and gloves

Purchasing Additional Uniform

Additional uniform items can be purchased through Arbor, our cashless parent payment system. Please allow time for orders to be processed and delivered. If you need any support with payments or ordering, our school office will be happy to help.
